RARE– Cool Red Center 125° F

MEDIUM RARE – Warm Red Center 135° F

MEDIUM – Warm Pink Center 145° F

MEDIUM WELL – Hot, Slightly Pink Center 155° F

WELL – Cooked Thoroughly 165° F
